juice recipes

All of the following yield 16-24 ounces. *Note: I never measure. Toss in what looks/smells/tastes good, sample, and adjust to taste. Each time is something slightly different!

Daily Green
Handful Romaine, spinach, chard, beet greens, or collards (whatever is in season/in my fridge)
Handful Green Kale
1/2 Cucumber (peeled if not organic)
2 stalks of celery and/or chunk broccoli stalk
2 Fuji apples (or another apple variety that is juicy and sweet)
1/2 – 1 lemon
1 1″-2″ piece of ginger

Garlicky Green

Apple, Beet, Carrot

Handful of carrots (ends cut)

1 apple
1-2 small red beets or 1/2 large red
1 lemon
1″ piece of ginger

Apple, Cucumber, Lemon

1-2 Apples
1 Cuke, peeled
1/2 lemon

Apple, Celery, Lemon

1-2 Apples
4-6 stalks celery
1/2 – 1 lemon
1 1″ piece of ginger

Spicy Carrot

Handful of carrots (ends cut)
1/2 jalapeno
1-2 apples

Honeydew, Kiwi, Pineapple

2 Kiwi (skinned)
2 spears pineapple
1/4 honeydew melon

Pineapple, Cucumber, Carrot

1 cucumber, peeled
Handful of carrots (~8)
1/4 pineapple
1/2 lemon
1 1″ piece of ginger
